The standards, rules and commitments that govern how ADBIT hires drivers, serves customers and protects everyone on a trip.
01
Driver Code of Conduct
All ADBIT drivers must maintain professional appearance, punctuality and respectful communication at every touchpoint. Drivers are prohibited from using mobile phones while driving, consuming alcohol within 12 hours of a shift, or accepting unauthorized cash payments.
02
Safety & Vehicle Standards
Vehicles used on ADBIT assignments must pass a monthly safety inspection covering brakes, tyres, lights, seatbelts and emergency equipment. Any incident, no matter how minor, must be reported within 2 hours.
03
Background Verification
Every driver undergoes government-ID verification, FRSC licence validation, criminal background screening and reference checks before onboarding. Verification is renewed every 12 months.
04
Insurance Coverage
All ADBIT drivers carry third-party liability insurance as standard. Premium bookings include comprehensive cover for the vehicle, passengers and cargo throughout the assignment.
05
Privacy & Confidentiality
Drivers assigned to corporate and executive clients sign a non-disclosure agreement. Customer trip details, routes and personal information are never shared with third parties without written consent.
06
Cancellation & Refunds
Customers may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within 2 hours incur a 25% fee. If ADBIT cancels for any reason, a replacement is dispatched within 30 minutes or a full refund is issued.
07
Complaints & Escalation
Complaints can be raised via the in-app support channel or by emailing support@adbitlogistics.com. All complaints receive an initial response within 4 hours and a resolution within 48 hours.
08
Equal Opportunity
ADBIT does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, disability or age in hiring, deployment or customer service. Discriminatory conduct by any driver or staff results in immediate termination.
